I was paying my bank of america credit card regularly and never late, this month i got a bill that has twich as much intrest.  I called the bank and they said they can work out something with me!  I DON"T WANT TO WORK OUT ANYTHING i want my intrest back to where it was ... 13% ..  When I asked why they did that, they said its the Economy!  rediculous!   How do I convince the bank to change my credit card intrest to where it was?  they offered me a 19.9% and I have a balance of $3600
